Founding Engineer (Gen AI + Backend)

We're looking for a Founding Engineer to join our mission of revolutionizing coaching through AI. You'll be at the forefront of building our core AI infrastructure and backend systems that power personalized coaching experiences for millions of users.
As a founding engineer, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our technical architecture from the ground up and work directly with cutting-edge AI agent technologies and custom model training.
What you'll work on:
- Design and build scalable backend systems using modern technologies (Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL)
- Integrate and optimize AI/ML models for coaching applications
- Develop APIs and microservices architecture
- Implement real-time features for coaching sessions
- Work closely with the founding team to define technical roadmap
- Build data pipelines for coaching insights and analytics
