Personal Data
Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application, such as conversations, sending feedback, and responding to surveys. If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile, coaching call or chat, or other interactive areas of the Application, please be advised that all data you disclose in these areas can be accessed by us.
By using our app, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple’s policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including accessing a coaching conversations, as well as other interactions with the Application and other users via server log files.
Financial Data
Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Application. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processors Apple, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
AI Data Processing and OpenAI Integration
The Application uses ElevenLabs’s and OpenAI’s API to provide AI-powered features that enhance user experiences, such as improving voice and chat communication and offering tailored support. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Data Transmission: Input data provided by users, such as voice or text-based conversations, is transmitted to OpenAI and ElevenLabs servers for processing and generating responses.
Limited Data Use: OpenAI and ElevenLabs processes this input data do not use it to train their models or improve their services unless explicitly agreed to in ElevenLabs’s and OpenAI’s privacy terms.
Retention Policy: Input data transmitted to ElevenLabs or OpenAI is not stored by ElevenLabs or OpenAI after processing. We do not store input data beyond the duration necessary to fulfill the requested service unless explicitly required for operational purposes or compliance with applicable laws. When we no longer have reason to keep your Personal data, if you withdraw your consent, or if you successfully request that we erase it, all personally identifiable information pertaining to you will be deleted within 30 days.
User Consent: By using AI-powered features, you explicitly consent to the processing of your input data by ElevenLabs and OpenAI. If you do not agree, please refrain from using features that rely on AI-generated responses.
User Rights: You have the right to access, request deletion of input data associated with your account, and withdraw consent for AI-related data processing. However, this may limit your ability to use certain features of the Application.
Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard data transmitted to ElevenLabs and OpenAI’s servers. While we rely on ElevenLabs and OpenAI’s robust security protocols, no method of transmission is completely secure. Please exercise caution when sharing sensitive information.
International Data Transfers: Input data may be processed on servers located in regions outside of your country. We ensure that such data transfers comply with applicable laws, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Limitations of AI and Safety Considerations
Artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) are frontier technologies that are still improving in accuracy, reliability, and safety. Therefore, the use of LLMs has inherent limitations and should not be considered a substitute for professional therapy or counseling. The LLM may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses that fail to address the nuances of specific situations.
